Crostini with Duck Breast and Red Onion Jam

This savoury-sweet, no-fuss appetiser is a sure crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- Prepared seared duck breast portions OR leftover duck meat, sliced
- Long, slender baguette
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Red onion jam
Method
1. Heat the oven to 180°C. Cut the baguette into 1cm slices and arrange on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil and bake until lightly browned, about 10-15 min.
2. To assemble, arrange a slice of duck meat on top of each crostini and top with a small dab of the onion jam. Serve and enjoy!
